About ClearCoast

A water company that explains its reasoning

ClearCoast Water Filtration is a Palm Beach County water treatment brand built around a simple idea: a homeowner should understand why a system was recommended, what it will not do, and what it costs to own — before buying anything.

Why we work this way

Water treatment has a reputation problem, and it is mostly self-inflicted. A dramatic in-home demonstration, a meter reading presented as a safety verdict, a salt-free unit sold as a softener, a category-wide claim borrowed from one certified model — each of these makes a sale easier and makes the customer worse informed.

We would rather be the company that says "here is what this does, here is where it stops, and here is what we need to know before recommending it." That is slower. It also produces systems that still make sense to the owner three years later.

What we do

Whole-house filtration, reverse osmosis drinking-water systems, water softening and conditioning, private well treatment, commercial water treatment, plus testing guidance, installation, maintenance, repair and filter replacement — all across Palm Beach County, Florida.

Equipment

ClearCoast's main product line is HALO whole-house water treatment equipment. HALO designs and manufactures its own valves, tanks and media for whole-home filtration, water softening and conditioning. Additional product lines are added as the catalogue is confirmed.

We are collecting model documentation before publishing any performance claim, and we make no manufacturer authorization, dealer-status or certification claim until that is documented in writing.

Our commitments

Four things we hold ourselves to

These are commitments about conduct, not claims about history. ClearCoast is a new brand and we are not going to invent a track record.

What you can expect from us

  • Plain explanations of what a technology does and does not do.
  • Recommendations built from your supply, plumbing and demand.
  • Written equipment, installation and maintenance scope before purchase.
  • A named contact for follow-up after installation.

What we will not do

  • Claim licensing, insurance or manufacturer authorization we have not documented.
  • Publish invented reviews, ratings, project photos or customer counts.
  • Present in-home screening as certified laboratory testing.
  • Quote prices or financing terms that have not been set by the business.
  • Use countdown timers, fake urgency or 'best-rated' claims.

Let's find the right starting point for your water.

Tell us about the property and what you have noticed. We will confirm the water supply, explain what information is needed, and outline suitable options in writing.
