Privacy Policy
This policy describes how information submitted to ClearCoast Water Filtration is handled. It is a draft prepared for the business and requires legal review before it is relied upon.
Information we collect
Through the consultation form we ask for a name, a way to contact you, the property city or area, the water source, and a description of your concern. We do not ask for financial information, government identifiers or health information at any point.
Current status of form submissions
No lead delivery system is connected to this website yet. While that remains the case the consultation form runs in preview mode: it validates what you type, but it does not store or transmit your details anywhere, and it does not create a request. The form states this before you use it.
How information will be used
Once lead delivery is configured, submitted information will be used to respond to your consultation request and to carry out the work you ask for. Marketing communication requires separate, explicit opt-in — requesting a consultation on its own does not enrol you in marketing.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers engaged to deliver the work you requested. Any such providers will be named here once confirmed.
Analytics
No analytics or advertising platform is connected to this website at present. The site includes an internal event layer that is disabled until a measurement ID is configured, and it is written to exclude the contents of form fields. When analytics is enabled, this section will name the platform.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you have provided, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Requests can be made through the consultation form until a dedicated privacy contact is published.
Contact
A privacy contact address will be published here once the business email is confirmed. In the meantime, use the consultation form.
